FRINGE FEST DAY 2

After being visited by our MP Andrew Turner yesterday, today it was the turn of BBC’s Casualty Staff Nurse Rita (Chloe Howman).
Yes, of course we charged her phone for her!
There was so much yummy food, including Cecille’s Noodle Bar, “Beardmore’s BBQ” and loads of coffee and cake…and all going for free.
Phones were charged and feet were washed, while visitors listened to live music from AJ & Phil, Tony & Son, L’il Stevie, Rick & Dave, and Gideon Phil.
Minister Tony Murphy was really pleased with the day, “It was a slow start, I think mainly due to that horrible weather last night, but things picked up. I love this festival weekend, being able to meet so many visitors and being able to practically demonstrate a bit of God’s love to them through what we do.”
Day 3 starts at 10am tomorrow. See you there…
