Busy Busy Busy…

Had a new experience today… the Church Centre was so full of community groups using it that I had to come home and work from there! The Bumps & Babies group use the Centre every Tuesday, but this week we had an Age Concern meeting in the Chalet (hut!) too. The back room was full of chairs, so after deciding against working in the gents toilet, I chose to come home to work!

The added complication was that  I was due up at Summerfields primary (am practicing with their choir, to accompany them at the Ventnor music festival), so lucky my beautiful wife was able to go down and lock up (which is always more than just locking up). Thanks also to Rick on that one, who does so much opening and closing of the building.

It’s great to see the community using our facilities and if we add a dance group at 4.30pm today, followed by the Pirate re-enactment group, we have a busy day. I think we need a bigger building!!!
