#ctrfringefest Day 2

Day 2 was the first day of the live music. Becca G set the tone with a top set. “I’m a believer” sung by Tony from the Sons went down well and STOP (pictured) rocked the house once more. Phil Edwards, alias “Gideon Phil” alias “Dodgy Phil” (where did he get all those boxes of Bibles from?) entertained us with an acoustic set. Gibsfolk sung and entertained and finally Ricky Scott with guest singer Gemma Bull and lead guitarist Tony Atherfold provided a fitting finale to the day.

fringe fest saturdayAs yesterday we made lots of free phone friends and had some great chats with visitors from as far a field as Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, Liverpool…

We gave a shout out to Amber who was dressed as a fairy and collecting for Joe Ellis fund… and can be found by the backstage entrance to the main festival on Sunday 10am-2pm.

Finally, as well as burgers and sausages, we also gave out free noodles today… Thank you Cecile… same again tomorrow
