#ctrfringefest Day1

Hot, sunny and fun, the fringe fest has begun!

We had all of our 25 free phone chargers working away today. The world cup foto board was well used, hot dogs appreciated and we also did 4 Foodbank Vouchers. The pool table was out and we welcomed back friends from previous Fringe Fests along with “1st timers”!

“One of these stickers will get you access to free WiFi, phone charging, coffee, cake and music all weekend… because God loves you! Yep it is a God loves you sticker and that was my speel when giving it out. The best answer had to be, “Well I love God then!” We told him he could have double portions!

Great to meet visitors from as far away as Swansea, Liverpool and Spain today. The Gideons had a lorry load of Bibles which they were giving away and were on the whole well received.
