Fringe Fest Day 3
Another perfect sunny day, started with an animated and energetic celebration service, where we were joined by some festival friends and 10 of the street pastor team who had been based at the church all weekend. I don’t think I have ever heard “Bless the Lord O my soul” sung with such gusto by so many.
As the service finished, the noodles and burgers came out and the bouncy castle went up. Church children and local families had a great bounce, while No Excuses and Tony, Suzi, Jude and Tony M provided the music.

It was great to meet Heather and her daughter Harriet from Leeds again. They had been to every one of our Fringe Festivals since Harriet was a baby, 18 years ago!
There was so much love for what we do, shown in grateful comments on our “Wonderwall” and also through £83 raised through donations, which will all be gifted to Street Pastors.
