This Sunday, Tony shared ten prophetic words from last week’s pre fest prayer meeting. We are told that prophecy is an important gift of the Holy Spirit, and that it should be tested, so let’s take a look at ten prophetic words we received:
- He has pre planned appointments for us
- The message is very simple: “Do you want to follow Jesus”
- Listen! To God’s unspoken words as we serve
- Listen! Let people share their story
- Be careful and tender with people
- “This is where it will happen” as we looked out on the green
- Stay rested in Jesus in the busyness of the weekend
- Remember: We love because he first loved us
- “The gift of music is given to to men and women and I am the orchestrator” Look at how David’s music ministered peace to a very troubled heart (1 Sam 16v14-23)
- When our cries to God to save the lost meet with the desperate cries of the lost, we will see God move
We ended the message with a reminder to always have an answer for the hope that we have. “But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect“
