READ Acts 28v23-31
The book of Acts ends with Paul’s dramatic prison ship journey to Rome, where he was put under house arrest. In this passage we read, that even under house arrest, “Paul witnessed to them from morning till evening”
His, along with the whole of the early church was an unstoppable calling to share about Jesus.
And now that same calling is ours and it’s still unstoppable. In fact that is the test of a true calling, recognising that we can help share the Gospel by caring for, praying for, and encouraging others, giving into the work of the church, and taking every opportunity to witness to those around us. Even the “Spring vision” to make the building reflect the beauty of God is a kingdom calling.
